Although born in Wisconsin, I have lived in Marin County my entire life. Athletics was always a major part of my life and I was lucky enough to play at the collegiate level.
After I hung up the glove, I received my undergraduate degree from San Diego State University and my law degree from San Francisco Law School.
My father, E. Arthur Pirelli also graduated from San Francisco Law School and has been practicing federal criminal law for over 40 years.
Prior to being admitted to the California State Bar, I worked for 10 years with the Marin County Probation Department in both the juvenile and adult divisions. My primary areas of practice are personal injury and criminal law.
I have appeared in several jurisdictions including the counties listed below. I also have experience working within various California government agencies as well as court proceedings on the federal and state level.
DMV – California Department of Motor Vehicles
DLSE – California Department of Industrial Relations
CDPH – California Department of Public Health
WCAB – California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board
DFG – California Department of Fish and Game
DCA – The California Department of Consumer Affairs.
“We live in a society of laws that have a way of finding people. If you think you have a legal issue please call me right away….because those that delay seeking justice or fighting for their rights can often lose those rights after a certain period of time.” – Arthur Pirelli
